BossCover VapourShield HM is a reinforced aluminum foil with a high-tack, reactive hot-melt adhesive and a removable anti-adhesive film.

Thanks to this advanced hot-melt technology, the adhesive flows slightly on contact, filling any unevenness in the substrate and anchoring with exceptional strength. The membrane adheres immediately and forms a permanent bond that resists movement, loads and temperature fluctuations. One push is enough to secure the layer airtight and vapor retardant, without the use of open flame or mechanical fastening. On dense substrates such as steel and wood, no primer is required, while on porous or highly absorbent surfaces, VapourShield Primer provides additional security for optimal adhesion.

With an Sd value > 1500 m, VapourShield HM effectively retains moisture and heat loss, even in the harshest conditions of indoor climate class 4.

This makes vapor control not only easier, but also more reliable: a vapor barrier that is quickly installed and retains its strength permanently.
