Where extra adhesion is required, VapourShield Primer ensures an optimal bond between membrane and substrate - for both the HM and BIT variants. is a reinforced aluminum foil with a high-tack, reactive hot-melt adhesive layer as well as a removable anti-adhesive film.

Thanks to this advanced hot-melt technology, the membrane expands slightly on contact, fills any unevenness and anchors permanently; a single pressure is all it takes to seal the surface airtight and vapor-proof, without tape, primers or mechanical fixings. With an Sd value > 1500 m, VapourShield HM effectively blocks moisture and heat loss, even in indoor climate class 4.
