Durable, colorfast, and resistant to weather and UV rays

HPL siding panels for durable and attractive exterior cladding.

BossCover HPL combines high mechanical strength with excellent weather and UV resistance. The panels are designed for outdoor use and retain their technical and aesthetic properties even after prolonged exposure to the elements. Suitable for both new construction and renovation projects.

HPL (High Pressure Laminate) facade panels consist of multiple layers of kraft paper that are compressed under high pressure and temperature into a compact and robust panel. This creates a durable solution that is resistant to impact, moisture, and aging.

Clado HPL is ideal for ventilated facade systems and is a reliable choice for projects where quality, appearance, and longevity are key.

A durable and low-maintenance solution for modern facades.

Strong and durable

Ready for any challenge.

BossCover HPL consists of a compact core with a protective top layer. This makes the material resistant to impact, moisture, and UV radiation, ensuring it maintains its technical and aesthetic performance over the long term.

Thanks to its high density and closed surface structure, Clado HPL is resistant to scratches and wear, even with intensive use or exposure to external influences.

The closed-cell surface structure ensures that dirt adheres less and the panels are easy to clean. This makes Clado HPL not only durable but also practical to maintain.

The panels are dimensionally stable and suitable for ventilated facade systems, where they can be perfectly combined with BossCover UV200 FR for a proper building envelope construction.

BossCover HPL can also be cut into strips and used for detail finishing, such as roof edges or additions during renovation.

Yes, HPL siding panels are specifically designed for outdoor use. They are resistant to UV radiation, moisture, and temperature fluctuations, and retain their properties over the long term.

BossCover Spraybond is a two-sided contact adhesive, specially developed for the roofing industry to bond most BossCover EPDM waterproofing membranes and reinforced synthetic roofing systems to most common substrates. It provides exceptionally strong adhesion to many materials such as wood, concrete, metal, aluminium-coated and bitumen-coated insulation boards, etc. It can be applied with a brush, a roller and by using a pressure vessel connected to a compressor.

HPL siding panels have a smooth, non-porous surface that prevents dirt from sticking. In most cases, cleaning with water and a mild detergent is sufficient.

BossCover Primer is a polymer-based rubber adhesion primer. This high-viscosity formula promotes uniform coverage on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.

BossCover HPL is available in a fire-retardant version (FR) and complies with current European fire classifications, contributing to the safety of facade applications.
